Prent met een portret van Piet Heyn in een ovaal. Onderaan staat in de rand "Aetat.47" In de ovaal de tekst: "que virtu ti cedit argentum auro. vtrum". Het onderschrift luidt: "Magnanimo viro D. Petro Heinio Petridae, Societatis Indiae Occidentalis permissae, a Provinciis Cofoederatis Praefecto classi, et nunc Hollandiae atque Occidentalis Frisiae rerum Maritimarum Prefecto Vicario, etc."
